Care and Concern reporting form

To report to Care and Concern, we ask you to fill out a short form. You can report either anonymously or by leaving your contact details.

If you leave your contact details, a member of Care and Concern team will contact you about what you’d like to happen next.

You can report to Care and Concern without having to leave your contact details. The information will be received by the Care and Concern team and will be used in a number of ways:

  • To build a picture of issues where people do not feel able to reveal personal information but would like the University to be aware something has taken place;
  • To gather statistical information to help monitor trends and inform proactive and preventive work to tackle such incidents.

If you chose to report anonymously, we will not be able to identify you or contact you. We will not be able to give you any support or/and it is unlikely that we will initiate an investigation or formal process.  

If you decide that you would like us to take action, then you will need to leave your contact details.
